All the rooms, windows, doors, kitchens (1 upstairs, 1 in the basement) are new. Basement is virtually new (built Dec 06). Upstairs and downstairs are separate with separate basement entrance (walk-out basement). The only things the two sections of the house share are the washer and drier. We get around this by doing washing on different days and co-exist very well that way.
